针对板带热连轧机传统的活套高度控制策略存在的问题 ,提出用Fuzzy PID复合控制策略·输入取活套量的偏差E和偏差变化率EC ,输出为上游轧机转速设定的附加值·采用Mamdani与逻辑运算模糊关系而得到了模糊推理算法·采用加权平均法对输出模糊子集进行解模糊 ,得出了精确的输出·通过Matlab语言中的Simulink仿真工具 ,进行了传统PID与模糊控制动态性能的仿真比较 ,结果表明采用模糊控制可明显提高活套控制系统的动态性能·
Aiming at the problems existing in traditional control method of loop loom height in strip hot strip mill, a fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed. The deviation E and the rate of change EC are input to the output of the upstream strip mill. The fuzzy reasoning algorithm was obtained by using Mamdani’s fuzzy relationship with logic operation. · The weighted average method was used to deconvolve the output fuzzy subset to get the accurate output. · The traditional PID and fuzzy control were implemented by Simulink simulation tool in Matlab language The simulation results of dynamic performance show that the fuzzy control can obviously improve the dynamic performance of the looper control system
