社会经济发展促使高职院校通过深化产教融合来提高人才培养质量。办学机制是产教融合必须面对的领域。高职院校可以通过混合所有制的方式在二级院校进行试点改革。股份合作制作为混合所有制的类型能够在较好地控制风险的条件下形成产教融合利益共同体。高职院校进行股份合作制二级学院办学机制改革的核心措施在于下放财、人、事权限,最终目标是提高人才培养质量。
