根据常德市相关发展规划目标,明确了至2020年常德市生态经济和血吸虫病防治目标,并运用系统动力学的理论和方法,仿真模拟粗放发展模式和生态发展模式两种情形下的常德市经济发展和血吸虫病流行趋势。结果表明:1系统动力学可详细梳理地区发展各要素和血吸虫病流行之间的相互关系;2常德市洞庭湖区生态经济发展和血吸虫病防治相辅相成;3以转型升级为着力点的生态经济模式,可取得最佳的生态、经济和血防效应;4湖区环境改造、产业现代化转型和城乡基础设施建设等措施,能有效地支撑生态经济的发展。
