目的观察雷达微波对雷达作业人员血液、免疫系统的影响,并评估相关防护措施对雷达微波辐射的防护作用。方法选择某军区有雷达防护措施(防护组)和无防护措施(暴露组)的基层雷达部队男性战士各30名,正常男性30例作为对照组,分别从血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群等指标观察。结果对照组、防护组、暴露组的血常规各指标间无统计学差异;防护组的血红蛋白升高率高于暴露组(P=0.035),防护组中性粒细胞百分比异常(降低)率低于暴露组(P=0.031),暴露组淋巴细胞百分比异常(升高)率高于对照组(P=0.01),且高于防护组(P=0.015);暴露组CD8+百分比低于对照组(P=0.024),且低于防护组(P>0.05)。结论雷达微波辐射对作业人员的血细胞、免疫细胞均有影响,且采取防护措施对作业人员有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe the influence of radar microwave on the blood and immune system of radar workers and to evaluate the protective effect of relevant protective measures on microwave radiation of radar.
