在全光照自动间歇喷雾沙盘上进行对影响金露梅、唐古特莸、胡颓子扦插繁殖的外源激素种类,浓度、处理时间的研究。结果表明:金露梅是混合生根性树种,用200mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)浸泡插穗30min生根率最高达100%;唐古特莸是皮部生根性树种,以200mg/L质量分数的ABT浸泡60min生根率效果较好,为55.6%;胡颓子是以愈伤组织为主的生根性树种,在全光雾沙盘上进行扦插不需外源激素处理生根率就高达100%。
The study was conducted on the types, concentrations and treatment time of exogenous hormones affecting the cuttings propagation of Jinluomei, Tangututui and Elaeagnus in full-illumination automatic intermittent spraying sand table. The results showed that Jinlumei was a mixed rooting species. The rooting rate was 100% when soaked in 200mg / L NAA for 30min. The roots of Tangguotou were rooted in the peel and rooted at 200mg / L ABT for 60min The rate of effect is better, 55.6%; Elaeagnus is callus-based rooting tree species in the whole light fog sand table for cutting without exogenous hormone treatment rooting rate as high as 100%.
