目的:探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(diabeticretinopathy,DR)的发生、发展与眼部血流动力学变化之间的关系。方法:应用彩色多普勒血流成像(colorDopplerflowimaging,CDFI)技术检测28例正常人及72例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉(centralretinalartery,CRA)、中央静脉(centralretinalvein,CRV)的血流速度和阻力指数。结果:糖尿病不伴DR者,CRA血流速度较对照组快(P<0.05),随着视网膜病变程度的加重,CRA血流速度减慢,增殖型DR组CRA血流速度慢于对照组、不伴DR组及单纯型DR组(P均<0.05);糖尿病患者CRV血流速度较对照组快(P<0.001),且搏动明显。结论:CRA、CRV的血流动力学变化与DR的发生、发展有密切关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and ocular hemodynamic changes. Methods: The color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) was used to detect the blood flow velocity and resistance of central retinallacrimation (CRA) and central venous (CRV) in 28 normal subjects and 72 type Ⅱ diabetic patients. index. Results: The blood flow velocity of CRA in diabetic patients without DR was faster than that in control group (P <0.05). The CRA blood flow velocity was slowed down as the degree of retinopathy was increased. The CRA blood flow velocity in proliferative DR group was slower than that in control group Group without DR group and simple DR group (all P <0.05). The CRV blood flow velocity in diabetic patients was faster than that in control group (P <0.001), and the pulsation was obvious. Conclusion: The hemodynamic changes of CRA and CRV are closely related to the occurrence and development of DR.
