一堂成功的语文课,教师应该要有一种意识,而这种意识要一直贯穿于每位教师的备课和授课过程中。笔者认为一位优秀的语文教师需具备四种意识,即学生意识、文本意识、目标意识和效率意识。这四种意识共同作用于课堂,并相互渗透,相互影响。一、学生意识学生是学习的主体,教师的教学活动要通过学生起作用,所有的教学设计都应该围绕学生展开,教师要引导学生们去听,去读,去说和去写,而非教师代替学生去做这些事情,让学生彻底变成课堂的“配角”。正如钱梦龙老师所说的那样,“学生总是认识的
