骨干企业和中小企业中的技术武装,正在成为当前被称为技术经营时代的一个十分重要的经营战略。但在经营规模较小的企业,依靠自行负担费用的技术与人才来进行技术开发和新产品开发则难,因而对技术转让的期望在日趋增强。但是,为了促进技术转让,得指出存在技术信息的流通与转让技术的好坏的评价等问题。日刊工业产业研究所主要目标是促进技术转让,开发有广泛应用性的技术评价系统,并正在实现商业化。本文将概要介绍技术评价的观点和属于技术评价系统的目标系统与手段系统。
The technical armies of key enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming a very important business strategy now known as the era of technology management. However, in the small-scale enterprises, it is difficult to develop technologies and develop new products by relying on the technology and talents that bear the cost themselves.
