低出生体重儿包括早产儿和足月小样儿,它是新生儿保健的重要课题之一,其病因虽然至今仍有许多不明之处,但已知其与母体、胎儿和脐带胎盘等发病因素有关。我院于1980—1983年曾收治低出生体重儿300例,现就其发生情况、发病因素、死亡原因以及防治措施加以分析探讨,希望能有助于围生期保健工作的开展。临床资料分析一、低出生体重儿的发生情况1981—1983年我院共出生活产婴儿4,169 Low birth weight children, including premature babies and full-term babies, is one of the most important topics in neonatal care.
