脂质体的材料特性参数脂质体的颗粒大小(30nm~>20μm)、颗粒分布以及每个脂质体的双分子层数目的不同(1~n),取决于所用的制备方法及所选择的双分子层组成。具有不同物理性质的分散相有可能导致脂质体体内行为有所不同(见下图示例)。
Material Properties of Liposomes The size of the liposomes (30 nm to> 20 μm), particle size distribution, and the number of bilayers per liposome differ (1 to n) depending on the method of preparation and choice Bilayer composition. Dispersed phases with different physical properties may lead to different behaviors in liposomes (see example in the figure below).
