日本钢管公司京滨厂过去一直用连铸大方坯通过开坯轧制的方法生产大直径管坯。因该厂现有的钢坯连铸机可生产的管坯尺寸为φ120～300mm,不能生产大直径(φ330～370)管坯。
Japanese steel pipe company Keihin Plant in the past has been using continuous casting bloom by way of open-billet production of large-diameter tube. Because of the existing billet caster can produce the tube size of φ120 ~ 300mm, can not produce large diameter (φ330 ~ 370) tube.
