高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高职教育的侧重点在于培养人才的实用性、技术性,要面向工作岗位第一线。当前我国正处于经济转型期,社会就业结构配置还不够科学合理,相对于大批高学历人才,我国目前更需要一大批高素质职业技术劳动者和高技能人才。本文首先论述了高职院校在党建方面的主要工作内容,其次谈到了新时期高职院校党建工作发挥其示范作用的机遇和挑战,最后着重论述了高职院校如何在党建方面发挥其示范作用。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in our country. The emphasis of higher vocational education lies in the practicality and technicality of cultivating talented people. At present, our country is in an economic transition period, and the social employment structure and allocation are not scientific and reasonable. Compared with a large number of highly educated personnel, our country now needs a large number of high-quality professional and technical laborers and highly-skilled personnel. This article first discusses the main contents of the work of the higher vocational colleges in party building, secondly, talks about the opportunities and challenges that the party building in the new era plays a demonstrative role in the party building in the new era. Lastly, it focuses on how the higher vocational colleges play their role in party building Demonstration role.
