不同剂量~(60)Co γ射线辐照苏抗3号绿熟期番茄,进行同工酶、呼吸强度、后熟指数、营养成分、微量元素、卫生学和核素分析。结果表明,经0.2kGy 辐照的番茄,同工酶活性被抑制,呼吸强度降低,呼吸高峰推迟,后熟指数降低;经1kGy辐照,其 V_c,V_(B1)等营养成分无变化,微量元素也无明显差异,未发现有毒有害物质。分析铯、锶、铀等9种核素,其放射性活度也低于国家规定指标。
Different doses of ~ (60) Co γ-rays irradiated Sukang 3 green-ripening tomato, isozyme, respiration intensity, ripeness index, nutrient composition, trace elements, hygiene and radionuclide analysis. The results showed that the isozymes activity of tomato irradiated with 0.2kGy was inhibited, the respiration intensity was decreased, the respiration peak was postponed and the index of ripeness was decreased. After 1kGy irradiation, there was no change in the nutrient components such as V_c and V_ (B1) No significant difference between the elements, found no toxic and hazardous substances. Analysis of cesium, strontium, uranium and other nine kinds of radionuclides, the radioactivity is also lower than the national standard.
