困难职工是企业中的一个特殊群体,他们身为企业的一员,在企业发展中贡献了自己的一份力量。但是由于一些其他因素的影响,导致他们生活困难。企业工会作为职工的组织群体机构,应该对困难职工加强关注,实现精准帮扶,改善困难职工的生活困境。本文对企业困难职工产生的原因作了简单分析,然后阐述了当前困难职工帮扶工作尚且存在的不足,最后提出了精准帮扶困难职工的几点措施方法,希望可以实现困难职工帮扶的精准性和高效性。
Difficult employees are a special group in the enterprise. As a member of the enterprise, they contribute their own strength in the development of the enterprise. However, due to some other factors, they have difficulties in their lives. As a group organization of workers and staff, trade unions of enterprises should pay more attention to those in difficulty and help them with precision so as to improve their living predicament. This article makes a simple analysis of the causes of the difficulties for the employees in the enterprise, and then elaborates on the existing problems in the current difficulties of the workers and staff. Finally, it puts forward several measures to help the employees in difficulty precisely, hoping to achieve the accurate Sexuality and efficiency.
