[目的]对鳊鱼嗜水气单胞菌进行分离与鉴定。[方法]从鳊鱼中分离出嗜水气单胞菌,并进行16S rDNA特异性分子鉴定。分析嗜水气单胞菌的生化特征,并构建嗜水气单胞菌ERIC-PCR指纹图谱。[结果]分离株的测序结果与GenBank中嗜水气单胞菌的标准菌株序列相似度达98%~99%。分离菌的生化特征结果均呈阳性。同一菌株的ERIC-PCR具有较好的重复性和稳定性,可用于嗜水气单胞菌的分型溯源。[结论]该研究为预防和控制鳊鱼出血病的发生和蔓延提供了参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and identify Aeromonas hydrophila. [Method] Aeromonas hydrophila was isolated from mackerel and 16S rDNA specific molecular identification was carried out. The biochemical characteristics of Aeromonas hydrophila were analyzed and the ERIC-PCR fingerprinting of Aeromonas hydrophila was constructed. [Result] The sequence similarity of isolates was 98% -99% with the standard strain of Aeromonas hydrophila in GenBank. Biochemical characteristics of the isolates were positive. The same strains of ERIC-PCR has good repeatability and stability, can be used for typing of Aeromonas hydrophobia traceability. [Conclusion] This study provides a reference for the prevention and control of the occurrence and spread of bream fish hemorrhagic disease.
