同志们: 在去年欢送中央机关讲师团的大会上,我说过,等你们胜利完成任务回到北京的时候,再来参加你们的总结评比大会。现在,你们胜利归来了。我代表中共中央和国务院,代表小平同志、紫阳同志、先念同志、陈云同志,热烈地欢迎你们!同时,热烈欢送第二批讲师团的同志们! 第一批讲师团的三千二百多位同志,响应党中央的号召,以饱满的工作热情,克服许多困难,圆满完成了预定的培训中小学师资的任务,并且为当地群众做了其他许多有益的工作。你们以自己的实际行动,为全社会尊师重教带了好头。你们受到了党和人民的赞扬,这是理所当然的。
