目的:调查≥80岁老人的听、前庭及视动功能变化。方法:用纯音测听及听性脑干反应测试听力功能;用眼震电图及姿势图测试半规管、机动及平衡功能。结果:①语频听力异常者占84.1%;②半规管功能和平衡功能异常者分别为38.5%和74.4%,与60岁组比较,重心晃动的轨迹长,速度大;③视动功能检查,≥80岁老人扫视潜伏期延长,跟踪失真度加大。结论:随着年龄老化,≥80老人半规管、视动、平衡功能,均有不同程度减退,可能是老年人易摔倒的重要原因。
PURPOSE: To investigate changes in auditory, vestibular, and visual motor function in ≥80-year-olds. Methods: Audiometry and auditory brainstem response were used to test the hearing function; test the semicircular canal, maneuver and balance function with electronystagmography and postures. Results: (1) 84.1% of the patients had abnormal audio frequency hearing; (2) 38.5% and 74.4% of abnormal semicircular canal function and balance function, respectively; Visual acuity test, ≥ 80-year-old elderly glaucoma extended latency, increased tracking distortion. CONCLUSION: With the aging of age, the semicircular canal with ≥80 senile patients, with visual acuity and balance function, all have different degrees of decline, which may be the important reason for the elderly to fall easily.
