北京塔院小区竞赛评选以后,由于规划条件有些变更,小区规划设计作了适当的修改,但原有六栋高层塔式住宅仍保持原状,南区三栋,北区三栋,分成两组,纵列布置在小区主要步行、自行车道和绿化带的两侧。这几栋高层住宅与周围多层住宅及中心绿地相结合,既增加了小区的居住面积,又丰富了小区的空间面貌。
After the selection of the Beijing Tayuan Community Competition, due to some changes in the planning conditions, the planning and design of the community has been appropriately modified, but the original six high-rise tower houses still remain the same, with three buildings in the south and three in the north, divided into two groups. The columns are arranged on both sides of the main walk, bicycle lane and green belt in the community. The combination of these high-rise residential buildings with surrounding multi-storey residential buildings and central green spaces not only increases the living area of the community, but also enriches the spatial appearance of the residential area.
