随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步完善,城市化发展进程的加快,城市人口的迅猛增长,城市用地日趋紧张,所以在城市建设规划过程中,高层建筑成为首选,现阶段,在城市间随处可以看见一栋栋高层建筑。但是,高层建筑的施工相对于传统低矮层建筑来说,都发生了明显的变化,且标准、规格都明显提高。所以,高层建筑质量事关社会公共利益、人们生命财产安全,我们在施工过程中必须严格控制好质量,增强质量责任意识,对施工进行规范化管理,使高层建筑施工的各个环节都达到最优标准。今天,本文就是通过对现阶段高层建筑施工质量的规范化控制进行研究。
