中国统配煤矿总公司基建局,1990年11月初在淮南矿务局李一矿主持召开了“可拉伸锚杆桁架支护”技术鉴定会。来自科研、设计、生产和大专院校共19个单位的49名专家、学者及工程技术人员,认真听取了研究课题人员所做的技术、观测和工业性试验报告,并到井下试验巷道进行了观察。与会代表在充分讨论的基础上,对“可拉伸锚杆桁架支护”进行了鉴定。一致认为:该课题组提供的材料齐全、内容基本正确,能用于指导生产,符合技术鉴定的要求。
China Unemployment Coal Mine Corporation Infrastructure Bureau, early November 1990 hosted a coal mine in Huai’nan Bureau of Minerals, “stretchable bolt truss support” technical appraisal. 49 experts, scholars and engineers from 19 research institutes, design institutes, production institutes and tertiary institutions listened attentively to the technical, observational and industrial test reports made by the research project personnel and went to the underground test tunnel Observed. On the basis of full discussion, delegates identified “stretchable anchor truss support”. They all agreed that the materials provided by this research group are complete and the contents are basically correct and can be used to guide production and meet the requirements of technical appraisal.
