从一定意义上讲,企业思想政治工作的根本任务是调动职工的积极性,为社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设服务,而要做到这一点,对企业领导者和思想政治工作者来说,尊重人是成功的秘诀之一。 怎样把尊重人这一原则在思想政治工作中付诸实现呢?从总体上来说,坚持平等的态度,民主的作风、疏导的方法最为重要。就思想政治工作者而言,值得注意以下几点: (一)尊重人就要信任人。信任本身就是一种尊重,而且是一种最重要的尊重。没有对人的信任,就根本谈不上对人的尊重。“用人不疑,疑人不用”的领导者的用人之道,也适应思想政治工作者的实践活动。不信任自己的工作对象,就不可能以满腔热情的态度去工作,对方也很可能对你“敬而远之”,保持一定的距离。信任人就要多看别人的长处,多发掘别人的“闪光点”,不要根据自己的好恶亲疏去评价人、判断人。应该站在“人民群众是历史的创造者”的高度,去把握人的主流和本质,相信绝大多数人包括犯了错误的人是好的,比较好的,是有进取心的人,是愿意为社会主义作出贡献的。我们应该把对人的信任贯彻到思想政治工作的全过程,以“春天般的温暖”对待自己的工作对象,架起彼此售任,精诚相待的桥梁。
