针对2BMMD-4型棉花免耕播种机组的结构特点,建立了与机组结构和工作条件一致的有限元模型。同时,分析了旋耕刀、开沟器及机架的工作状态和所受外力。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件对2BMMD-4型免耕播种机组进行加载、网格划分及静力分析。从分析结果看,播种机的总体形变及应力分布状况与实际情况一致,播种机整体受力也符合设计要求。
According to the structural characteristics of 2BMMD-4 cotton no-till sowing unit, a finite element model consistent with the unit structure and working conditions was established. At the same time, analyzed the working condition and external force of rotary cutter, opener and rack. On this basis, the loading, meshing and static analysis of 2BMMD-4 no-till sowing unit were carried out by ANSYS software. From the analysis results, see planter’s overall deformation and stress distribution status consistent with the actual situation, seeder overall force also meet the design requirements.
