1984年12月11～16日,中华医学会内科学会及中国药学会药剂、药理学会在上海联合召开了合理用药专题学术讨论会,正式及列席代表共约250人,会议进行了论文报告和小组讨论并通过了本纪要。 (一)国内用药不合理现象严重存在本次会议之前,很多地区及单位为了调查用药情况或为了考核医疗质量,对不同数量的门诊处方或住院病历进行了检查和分析。据初步统计,至少有18个地区的40多家医院,对3,957份病历及360,219
