ANS-OB法精炼钢水进行小方坯连铸,对非正常浇注的中间包水口结瘤物和正常浇注过程中的钢水试样,用金相及电子扫描镜进行物相分析,确定了结瘤物的组成。并根据试验结果,找出了水口结瘤的主要原因是ANS-OB铝热法精炼钢水中[Al]s和TAl超过一定含量,就发生堵水口现象。采用最佳操作工艺参数和钙处理,是防止小方坯连铸中间包水口结瘤的有利措施。
