ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ法精炼钢水进行小方坯连铸，对非正常浇注的中间包水口结瘤物和正常浇注过程中的钢水试样，用金相及电子扫描镜进行物相分析，确定了结瘤物的组成。并根据试验结果，找出了水口结瘤的主要原因是ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ铝热法精炼钢水中［Ａｌ］ｓ和ＴＡｌ超过一定含量，就发生堵水口现象。采用最佳操作工艺参数和钙处理，是防止小方坯连铸中间包水口结瘤的有利措施。
