白芍总甙(TGP 10、20mg·kg~(-1),d~(-1)×7d·ip)预防给药可明显对抗D-半乳糖胺或四氯化碳所致小鼠肝损伤后血清谷丙转氨酶升高,血清白蛋的下降及肝糖原含量降低.并使形态学上的肝细胞变性和坏死得到明显地改善和恢复。同时超微结构上肝细胞内线粒体的肿胀、内浆网的空泡变性、溶酶体的脱落也得到明显恢复.上述保护作用的机制有待进一步研究。
The prevention and administration of total peony (TGP 10, 20mg·kg -1, d -1 × 7d·ip) can significantly protect against liver injury caused by D-galactosamine or carbon tetrachloride in mice. After serum alanine aminotransferase elevation, serum albumin decreased and hepatic glycogen content decreased, and morphological hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis was significantly improved and restored. At the same time, the swelling of mitochondria in hepatocytes, the vacuolar degeneration of the endoplasmic reticulum, and the shedding of lysosomes on the ultrastructure were also significantly restored. The mechanism of the above-mentioned protection needs further study.
