党风廉政建设责任制是加强党的建设和政权建设,保证各级领导班子及其领导干部认真履行党风廉政建设和反腐败职责的一项重要制度。当前,国有企业仍处在改革攻坚阶段,反腐败形势依然严峻,我们必须充分认识党风廉政建设责任制的重要作用,认真分析在贯彻落实中出现的问题,重点抓好以下三方面工作。
The responsibility system for improving party style and building a clean and honest government is an important system for strengthening party building and regime construction and for ensuring that leading bodies at all levels and their leading cadres conscientiously perform their party’s work style of building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption. At present, the state-owned enterprises are still at a crucial stage of reform and the anti-corruption situation is still grim. We must fully recognize the important role of the responsibility system for improving the party’s work style and building an honest and clean government, earnestly analyze the problems that arise during the implementation, and focus on the following three aspects.
