目的了解义乌市围产儿多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形发生情况。方法收集义乌市出生缺陷监测系统2012—2016年报告的多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形围产儿资料,对多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形发生率及发生部位进行描述性分析。结果 2012—2016年义乌市共报告多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形围产儿246例,发生率为2.72‰,且未见时间变化趋势(P>0.05)。其中102例为单发多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形,发生率为1.13‰;144例为综合征性多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形,发生率为1.59‰。199例仅发生在上肢或下肢,占80.89%;47例上下肢均发生,占19.11%。195例发生在单侧,占79.27%;51例双侧均发生,占20.73%。结论 2012—2016年义乌市围产儿多指(趾)并指(趾)畸形多见于单侧上肢或下肢,发生率未见时间变化趋势。
Objective To understand the incidence of multiple finger (digit) and digit (toe) deformities in Yiwu city. Methods Collecting the data of polyphagia and digitai deformity from 2012-2016 report of Birth Defects Monitoring System in Yiwu City, and carrying out descriptive analysis on the incidence and location of multiple digit (digit) toe deformities . Results A total of 246 cases of multi-digit and digit deformities were reported in Yiwu City from 2012 to 2016, with an incidence rate of 2.72 ‰ and no trend in time (P> 0.05). Among them, 102 cases were single-digit multi-finger and digit deformities, the incidence rate was 1.13 ‰; 144 cases were syndrome multiple digits and digit deformities, the incidence was 1.59 ‰. 199 cases occurred only in the upper limbs or lower limbs, accounting for 80.89%; 47 cases of upper and lower limbs occurred, accounting for 19.11%. 195 cases occurred on one side, accounting for 79.27%; 51 cases occurred on both sides, accounting for 20.73%. Conclusion From 2012 to 2016, the multi-digit and digit deformities of perinatal children in Yiwu were more common in unilateral upper extremities or lower extremities. There was no change trend in time.
