第10届世界地震工程会议于1992年7月19日至24日在西班牙举行,我校章在墉、范立础教授出席了该会。会议代表共约1500人,我国代表(包括台湾省)共39人。会议录用论文共1484篇,其中我国(包括台湾省)87篇。章在墉教授提交的论文“强震地面运动持续时间小区划的概率基础研究”和范立础教授提交的论文“大跨斜拉桥的非线性地震反应分析”分别在会上进行了宣读。通过参加会议,在以下一些方面有些新的发展: 1.隔震。结构的抗震设计方法和材料强度的提高已经有了足够的研究,目前世界上一
The 10th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering was held in Spain from July 19 to July 24, 1992. At the school of our university, Professor Fan Li-Chu attended the conference. A total of about 1,500 delegates attended the meeting, and a total of 39 delegates from our country, including Taiwan Province. A total of 1484 papers were accepted in the conference, including 87 in China (including Taiwan Province). Zhang Zai Professor in the paper “probability ground motion strong ground motion zonation of basic research” and Professor Fan Lizhong paper “long-span cable-stayed bridge nonlinear seismic response analysis” were read out at the meeting. By participating in the conference, there are some new developments in the following areas: 1. Isolation. Structural seismic design methods and materials to enhance the strength have been sufficient research, the current world
