第10届世界地震工程会议于1992年7月19日至24日在西班牙举行,我校章在墉、范立础教授出席了该会。会议代表共约1500人,我国代表(包括台湾省)共39人。会议录用论文共1484篇,其中我国(包括台湾省)87篇。章在墉教授提交的论文“强震地面运动持续时间小区划的概率基础研究”和范立础教授提交的论文“大跨斜拉桥的非线性地震反应分析”分别在会上进行了宣读。通过参加会议,在以下一些方面有些新的发展: 1.隔震。结构的抗震设计方法和材料强度的提高已经有了足够的研究,目前世界上一 The 10th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering was held in Spain from July 19 to July 24, 1992.
