当代国际直接投资的形式经历了以新建投资为主到以跨国并购为主的变化。在新一轮跨国并购浪潮中,中国企业的影响明显增强。据我国商务部统计,2004年和2005年通过收购兼并实现的对外直接投资各为38.1亿美元和69.3亿美元,分别占当年全部对外直接投资的62.3%和56.5%。从单个项目看,联想集团收购旧IBM的PC业务、上汽集团收购韩国双龙汽车公司、中石油收购哈萨克斯坦石油公司等项目都引起了世界性的轰动。
The form of contemporary international direct investment has undergone changes mainly from new investment to cross-border M & A. In the new wave of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the impact of Chinese enterprises has significantly increased. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce of our country, the foreign direct investment realized through mergers and acquisitions in 2004 and 2005 were respectively US $ 3.81 billion and 6.93 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 62.3% and 56.5% of the total direct foreign investment of that year respectively. From a single project, Lenovo acquired the IBM IBM PC business, the acquisition of SAIC Group, South Korea’s Ssangyong Motor Company, PetroChina’s acquisition of Kazakhstan Oil Company and other projects have caused a worldwide sensation.
