“公交学校”最早诞生于德国北部的石荷州。当时,该州交通部门对公交车上出现的不文明行为非常着急,交通事故也不断上升。该州政府部门认为,乘车素质应从娃娃抓起。于是,石荷州公交集团与州教育局等机构于1993年共同办起了“公交学校”。之后,德国各州都建立了此类学校。“公交学校”的教具就是公交车。各地公交集团提供公交车、交通培训专家和免费教材,学校和警局等协办。哪里的小学需要培训,“公交学校”就会开到哪里进行培训。课程分为两部分:第一部分是理论,由培训员给孩子们讲解交通规则,认识各种交通
