随着党的大力选拔女干部政策的贯彻落实和女性社会竞争力的不断提高,女干部在各层领导班子中都有一定的比例,笔者认为这是男女平等的重要标志(因为它实现了政治上的平等),是社会文明的体现。但现实表明女性干部的潜力开发还不够,还不能向人们期望的那样发挥无可替代的作用。笔者从高标准给自己定位、打造自身实力、处理好几种关系谈开发女性干部的潜力。
With the implementation of the party’s policy of selecting female cadres vigorously and the continuous improvement of the social competitiveness of women, the cadres have a certain percentage of the leading bodies at all levels. The author thinks this is an important symbol of equality between men and women (because it has achieved political Equality) is a manifestation of social civilization. However, the reality shows that the development potential of women cadres is not enough, and it can not play an irreplaceable role as people expect. I authorize myself from a high standard, build my own strength and handle the potential of developing several relationships among female cadres.
