当前国有医院从单纯依赖国家财政拨款的福利事业型管理模式向公益事业经营管理模式转变,顺应了计划经济向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的形势发展,在不增加国家投资的前提下,主要依靠医院自身的力量取得了医疗事业的大发展,总体上是健康的.但在医院经营管理实践中,也暴露出一些问题,例如由于过份强调经济效益,忽视了道德目标和价值取向,因而导致了一系列有悖于医德的不良现象的产生和蔓延,有些情况甚至相当严重,如任其发展,有可能成为在竞争日益激烈的医疗市场中削弱自身竞争能力的重要因素,不利于国有医院的发展.对此必须引起足够的重视.
