目的 :了解现在的伤寒沙门菌可能发生的变异。方法 :用纯化的伤寒沙门菌检测其抗原性、生化反应性等特性。结果 :1与标准菌株的反应模式相比较 ,现在的菌株的 H2 S、MR反应、枸橼酸盐、肌醇、山梨醇、阿拉伯糖的反应性发生了改变 ,其中 MR反应的变异有高度显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ;2 Hd抗原可消失而不丧失动力且很易发生变异 (5 2 .0 0 % ) ,O9抗原性亦可消失或减弱 ;3SS平板培养时 ,其菌落可发生侏儒型变异 ,变异后抗原性、生化反应性亦随之发生变异。结论 :现在的伤寒沙门菌与标准菌株相比较 ,多方面特性已有了显著的变异
Objective: To understand the possible variations in the current Salmonella typhi. Methods: Purified Salmonella typhi was used to detect its antigenicity and biochemical reactivity. Results: Compared with the reaction patterns of standard strains, the H2S, MR responses of citric acid, inositol, sorbitol and arabinose in the present strains were changed. The variation of MR reaction was highly significant (P <0.05); 2 Hd antigen disappeared without loss of power and is prone to mutation (52.0%), O9 antigenicity can disappear or weakened; 3SS plate culture, the The dwarfism can occur in the colony, and the antigenicity and biochemical reactivity also change after the mutation.
