1 病历简介患者 ,女 ,34岁。主因间断性上腹痛 6年 ,腹胀 3年入院。查体 :右中上腹可触及 4ｃｍ× 3ｃｍ× 3ｃｍ肿物 ,质硬 ,有压痛。活动范围较大。首次超声检查 :饮水 10 0 0ｍｌ后见胃窦前壁肌层有一 5 0ｍｍ× 35ｍｍ× 5 0ｍｍ分叶状稍强回声肿物 ,其内欠均质 ,表面光滑
1 medical history briefs the patient, female, 34 years old. Mainly due to intermittent abdominal pain for 6 years, abdominal distension 3 years admitted to hospital. Physical examination: The right middle and upper abdomen can reach 4cm × 3cm × 3cm mass, hard and tender. The scope of activities is relatively large. Ultrasound examination for the first time: After seeing 100 ml of drinking water, the anterior antrum of the gastric antrum has a 50-mm × 35-mm × 50-mm lobulated slightly stronger echo mass, which is less homogeneous and has a smooth surface.
