2007年12月28日,国防科工委特种焊接技术研究应用中心暨国防科技工业认定企业技术中心在航天八院149厂揭牌。国防科工委科技与质量司副司长田玉龙、八院领导、上海国防工办主任等领导和专家出席了仪式。田玉龙等领导共同为国防科工委焊接技术研究应用中心与新认定的国防科技工业企业技术中心揭牌。
On December 28, 2007, the Special Welding Technology Research and Application Center of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Enterprise Technology Center were unveiled at No. 149 Plant of Space Eighth Hospital. Tian Yulong, deputy director of the department of science and technology of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry of the State Commission of Science and Technology of China, leaders and experts of the leaders of the eight homes and directors of the Shanghai Defense Agency attended the ceremony. Tian Yulong and other leaders together for the national defense science and Technology Commission Welding Technology Research and Application Center and the newly identified National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Technology Center unveiled.
