point在对民机机身壁板压缩试验进行精细有限元模拟计算时,发现静态边界条件对分析结果影响很大,会出现与试验相矛盾的约束现象,导致结果失真。本文为解决静态边界条件产生的矛盾约束问题,通过建立刚性墙并在其与试验件之间设置接触的方式进行准静态非线性分析。结果表明,这种模拟方式能够更加接近真实试验情况。
point In the finite element simulation calculation of civil aircraft fuselage compression test, it is found that the static boundary conditions have a great influence on the analysis results, which may cause the contradiction with the test and lead to the distortion of the result. In order to solve the problem of contradiction and confinement caused by static boundary conditions, a quasi-static nonlinear analysis is conducted by establishing a rigid wall and setting contact with the test piece. The results show that this simulation method can be closer to the real test case.
