在市场经济条件下 ,人才的竞争日趋激烈 ,国企目前的收入分配制度 ,不利于人才的成长 ,难以吸引人才 ,留住人才。为了提高企业的经济效益 ,增强市场竞争能力 ,本文拟就国企收入分配制度的现状 ,以及在诸如学历、技术、成果、绩效、贡献等方面完善收入分配制度 ,使之与个人收入密切挂钩 ,优化人才激励机制 ,充分调动优秀人才的积极性、创造性 ,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中长盛不衷。
