叙述了用圆柱型流气式组织等效正比计数器测定用K-200kV低能重离子加速器加速的能量为66—119keV的14N+1离子穿过4μm厚的PET(C80H8O4)薄膜后的微剂量谱、径向剂量分布等微剂量学参数。测定了穿过4μm厚的PET(C80H8O4)薄膜后的14N+1离子的单次事件剂量平均比能马Z1D随离子能量和强度的变化曲线。并与用TIRM92Monte Carlo程序计算的14N+1离子在PET材料中的射程一能量曲线进行了比较和讨论。
The microdose volume spectra of 14N + 1 ions with energy of 66-119keV accelerated by K-200kV low energy heavy ion accelerator after passing through a 4μm thick PET (C80H8O4) film were described by using a cylindrical flow-air-structure equivalent proportional counter Dose distribution and other micro-dosimetry parameters. The mean single event dose of 14N + 1 ions passing through a 4 μm thick PET (C80H8O4) thin film was measured as a function of ion energy and intensity. And compared with the range-energy curves of 14N + 1 ions calculated in the TIRM92 Monte Carlo program for PET materials.
