扭脚(又称崴脚,医学术语称踝关节扭伤)是运动训练和生活中经常发生的事。脚扭伤将影响正常的训练工作和生活,轻者三五天可好,重者二三周可愈,再重者数月才能痊愈,更严重者会导致骨折。俗话说:千里之行始于足下,说明脚的重要性。如何防治脚扭伤是十分重要的。
