为了实现车辆换挡平稳无冲击,需要对操纵阀换挡过程及影响因素进行研究。分析某种操纵阀缓冲结构的工作原理,在AMESim液压动力仿真软件环境中进行建模仿真,深入研究缓冲阀的工作过程。通过台架试验分析不同节流孔径对缓冲性能的影响。研究成果可为相关液压领域研究提供理论与实践帮助。
In order to achieve a smooth and shock-free vehicle shift, the control valve shift process and the impact of factors need to be studied. Analyze the operating principle of some kind of control valve buffer structure, carry on the modeling and simulation in the AMESim hydraulic power simulation software environment, and study the working process of the buffer valve deeply. The effect of different orifice diameters on cushioning performance was analyzed by bench test. The research results can provide theoretical and practical help for the related hydraulic field research.
