图书馆是一所没有围墙的社会大学,在保存文献、传播科学文化知识、开发智力、培养人才、丰富群众文化生活和促进本地区两个文明建设等方面发挥了积极作用。但随着经济社会快速发展和信息化快速发展,给图书馆事业特别是基层图书馆的发展带来了新情况和新问题,使大家在思想上感到困惑,工作上感到困难。本文也就这个问题谈谈自己的粗浅看法。
The library is an unstructured social university that plays a positive role in preserving the literature, spreading scientific and cultural knowledge, developing intelligence, training qualified personnel, enriching the mass cultural life and promoting the two civilizations in the region. However, with the rapid economic and social development and the rapid development of informationization, new and new problems have been brought about to the development of the library industry, especially the grassroots libraries. All these make people feel puzzled in their work and feel difficult in their work. This article also talk about this issue their own superficial view.
