天然和合成大蒜素对某些实验肿瘤及癌细胞有一定的抑制能力,但对人体胃癌细胞的作用未明。山东省苍山县盛产大蒜,当地胃癌发生率很低,是否与居民常吃大蒜有关,值得探讨。本文以上海及山东的胃癌细胞系为靶细胞 通过癌细胞存活克隆计数法得出不同给药条件下癌细胞的相对平皿效率,从而了解生大蒜和合成大蒜素对胃癌细胞的杀伤能力和联合给药的较优选择。 实验结果表明生大蒜和合成大蒜素(Alt)(?)两系胃癌细胞均有明显杀伤作用
Natural and synthetic allicin can inhibit certain experimental tumors and cancer cells, but its effect on human gastric cancer cells is unknown. Cangshan County, Shandong Province is rich in garlic, the incidence of local gastric cancer is very low, whether it is related to the residents eat garlic, it is worth exploring.
