班主任是一个班级的引导者和管理者,班主任管理质量优劣程度直接影响到班级学生整体素质的高低,同时还与学校办学质量和社会公共形象密切相关。职业院校是我国基层技术人员主要输出场所,而班主任管理工作水平和管理效率是影响职业院校学生素质的关键因素,因而提高班主任管理质量具有重要意义。
Class teacher is a class leader and manager, class teacher quality management directly affect the quality of the overall level of the class, but also with the school quality and public image is closely related to the public. Vocational colleges are the main output places of grass-roots technicians in our country. However, the management level and management efficiency are the key factors that affect the quality of students in vocational colleges. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the management quality of class teachers.
