1990年12月,我厂制氧用5L-16/50型空压机,因使用中声音异常、转子转动时偏心等原因,拆检了空压机曲轴组件,发现已连续使用十余年的曲轴电机端3628型轴承与轴颈的配合失效。其曲轴颈的尺寸由图纸标注的φ140+0.004+0.03已减为φ139.78,轴承内圈在轴颈上可来回晃动,而轴承外圈与设备本体配合仍在可使用范围。轴承滚道内布满干油垢,滚柱转动不灵活,轴承呈缺油态。未见变色,构件也未见明显损伤。检查润滑给油管端部已砸得很扁,只留一小孔出油。考虑我厂现无曲轴备件,决定采用电刷镀技术修复曲轴、更换轴承、给油系统改造等三条措施。

Considering my factory has no crankshaft spare parts, decided to use brush plating technology to repair the crankshaft, replacement bearings, oil system transformation and other three measures.
