去年5月12日,第八届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》,并于今年1月1日起施行.
On May 12 last year, the Seventh Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress examined and approved the State Compensation Law of the People’s Republic of China and came into force on January 1 this year.
