目前,各种载重汽车越来越多地使用柴油发动机,一汽集团公司生产的各型号载重汽车大多使用6110系列柴油机。该型号系列柴油机由于结构紧凑、功率大、耗油省、使用寿命长、维修方便等原因,深受驾驶员和维修人员的好评。但因其结构上的某些特殊性,其故障表现亦有独特之处。笔者最近便遇到一起该车型发动机出现的罕见故障——散热器内有大量柴油。现将其故障产生经过、产生原因及排除过程记录如下,供同行们参考。
At present, diesel engines are used more and more by various trucks, and the 6110 series diesel engines are mostly used for each type of truck manufactured by FAW Group Corporation. Due to its compact structure, large power, fuel economy, long service life, easy maintenance and other reasons, this model series diesel engine is highly praised by drivers and maintenance personnel. However, due to its special structure, its failure performance is also unique. I recently encountered a rare failure of the engine with the car - a large number of diesel radiator. The fault is generated after the causes and exclusion of the process is recorded below for reference for colleagues.
