SOD测活方法很多,由于方法不一,测得的结果也不一,即使是同一检测方法,只要测活条件稍有变化,其测试结果也会不一样。因此测试结果很难比较,这是造成当前我国SOD测活十分混乱的主要原因。91年5月,中国药学会在汕头召开了“全国SOD活性检测与质量标准研讨会”,提出了在SOD活性测定中采用参照品(标准品)的意见,这次会议对此又进行了认真讨论,会议重申这是解决当前测活混乱状态的有效方法,建议大力宣传,在全国逐步推广此方法。有关问题重申如下:
