王雁女士是中国当代工笔画学会理事、中国历史博物馆副研究员。1958年自广州美术学院油画系毕业后,被分配到出版社工作。由于业务需要,在装帧艺术的钻研和实践中,她逐渐移情于工笔画。调到历史博物馆后,她常奔波各地考察文物古迹,并不辞劳苦到敦煌莫高窟临摹隋唐壁画。她从中领悟到,要很好地表现中华民族恢宏壮丽的历史风貌,具有悠久传统的我国工笔重彩画
Ms. Wang Yan is a council member of China Contemporary Fine Arts Institute and an associate researcher of China History Museum. After graduating from the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1958, he was assigned to the publishing house. Due to business needs, in the research and practice of the binding art, she gradually empathy in the works of art. After transferred to the Museum of History, she often travel around the area to study cultural relics and monuments, and spared no effort to Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes copy Sui and Tang murals. She realized from her that to show the grand and magnificent historical features of the Chinese nation well, I have a long tradition of Chinese heavy color painting
