政府采购的经济效益 和社会效益日益增强 政府采购制度推行几年来,得到了社会各界的普遍认同。继中央纪委把推行政府采购制度作为从源头上预防和治理腐败的重要举措后,全国人大的政府采购立法工作得到了社会各界广泛拥护和支持;预算单位开展政府采购活动自觉性逐步增强,一些中央部门及许多地县尤其是经济欠发达地区,开展政府采购工作的积极性日益高涨;广大供应商对政府采购制度更加关注,积极参与政府采购的招投标工作,加大政府采购力度的呼声也越来越高;国外一些知名供应商为进入我国政府采购市场,正在积极作准备工作如拟在我国投资建厂、建立研发中心,等等。此外,政府采购制度的推行对社会采购制度改革起到了明显的示范作用。如一些企业集团和社会单位也纷纷比照政府采购的做法,开始着手改革内部采购制度。
