咪康唑为咪唑类抗真菌药,对许多临床致病真菌如白色念珠菌,新生隐球菌、芽生菌、球孢子菌和一些表皮真菌都有良好的抗菌作用,国内外咪康唑制剂有注射剂、霜剂、栓剂等,也有甘油剂和擦剂的报道。由于咪康唑在醇中溶解度小,其饱和溶液不能满足临床治疗需要。为此,我们选用苯甲酸钠为助溶剂制成2%的咪康唑擦剂,提高了制剂的溶解度和治疗效果。现将实验结果报道如下:
Miconazole is an imidazole antifungal agent that has good antibacterial activity against many clinically pathogenic fungi such as Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Blastomyces, Coccidioidomycosis, and some epidermal fungi. Miconazole formulations at home and abroad have injection , Creams, suppositories, etc., there are reports of glycerides and liniments. Due to the low solubility of miconazole in alcohol, its saturated solution can not meet the needs of clinical treatment. To this end, we use sodium benzoate as a cosolvent to make 2% miconazole liniment to improve the solubility and therapeutic effect of the preparation. The experimental results are reported as follows:
